Soldier Field 10
The Soldier Field run returns this year on Saturday, May 28. The Woman’s Board is looking for volunteers to help distribute medals and water bottles at the finish line. A team of Woman’s Board members will also be running if you’re interested. This run benefits our very own Road Home Program! Please save the date and refer to upcoming emails and newsletters for more information on how to sign up.

Road Home Program Information
One in three veterans returning home suffer from the “invisible wounds of war,” including PTSD, traumatic brain injury and related mental health conditions associated with their military service. The Road Home Program: The National Center of Excellence for Veterans and Their Families at Rush connects veterans and their families with the specialized mental health care, peer-to-peer outreach, counseling and resources they need to transition from military to civilian life — regardless of their ability to pay.
